  • The Mindfully Scientific Mama is an amazing blog helping families parent more effectively using evidence based strategies. You know we're evidence based over here! I have found her posts on food allergies especially helpful, and highly recommend this one to start.
  • Neurodivergent Rebel is run by Christa Holmans, an autistic self-advocate from Texas. Her posts are clear-headed, direct, and she's incredibly prolific. Subscribe and you'll be sure to learn something new at least once a week, easy.
  • How to ADHD is a Youtube channel with almost half a million subscribers. Jessica posts tons of real life tips and tricks for living a good life with ADHD.
  • Autastic offers a monthly virtual social club and great resources on living your best autistic life. I especially love their oft-updated list of ASD-Friendly Podcasts.
